APPETIZERS @ CHICKEN CROQUETTES @ RECIPES2 RIVAL

Now on 7th december my inbox read an email to me that i have been accepted at recipes to rival..... Yippeee ...i was wanting to be a part of this lovely group since october or earlier -they have these most delicious recipes.
We had 3 recipes given to us this month and if not for the want of ingredients,i'd tried am all three...
For this month of recipes to rival LORI OF LORI'S LIP SMACKING GOODNESS,was the host and she has a collection of some scrumptious recipes on her blog and these lovely ones prove that....
Now will post in some more details and the lovely recipe in a bit ...for now here are the pics...

and here are the fried ones all dressed up to serve-they are really good....

and shaped them in 2 shapes -both are great

and they go really well with some crunchy ice berg ,pomogranate seeds & parsely
