YOU CAPTURE-SUNSET FIESTA COM ESPRESSO-EXPRESS ON A "EsPRESSO"

Photobucket

YOU CAPTURE SUNSET-SUNRISE

I jus came across YOU CAPTURE ---and boy this is a lovely event-pictures taken speak louder than words more often than not & if that wasnt enough the theme this week is THE SUNSET/SUNRISE THEME ,oh i'll go along with sunset for sure...i love sunsets with a good espresso & a good brownie or cookie in hand(oh a sandwhich should do too, depends on the taste buds at that moment)

A golden sunsets heralds in a beautiful moonlit sky to a glorious morning.

A sunset is a beautifull glow of nature-an example of Gods splendid creation galore.

Whether its simply gazing into the fading orangey glow or sipping expresso,i love a good sunset-every sunset is that!!!

OH GOD HAS TRULY BLESSED US WITH THE BEST OF NATURAL AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL BEAUTY!!!

Memories that are etched by a sunset are like none other and the gold lends a glow to ur face too.

I LOOK UP AT THE SKIES, THE GLOW OF THE WARM HUES OF THE SETTING SUN GLISTENING ON THE TINY WAVES BELOW...BLISS BLISS BLISSS.!!!

THE WILLOWY TREE ROMANCES THE WATERS BELOW,WITH THE BRIGHTLY HUES SETTING SUN CREATING A PERFECT BACKDROP!!!!

Oh love to sit by the beach,as the winds are cooling, watching the beautifully gorgeous sun setting -whats in hand aint important, only the sunset with the waves lashing by the shore almost forming a background more than foreground as the golden hued rays reflect with crystal like perfection.....

THE MOUNTAINS & THE FOOT HILLS-THEY CLAP THEIR HANDS!
THE CLOUDS & THE SKY -OH THEY CLAP THEIR HANDS!!!
THE SUN & THE TREES -OH THEY CLAP THEIR HANDS,
ALL IN PRAISE OF THE LORD!!!!!
THE RIVERS &THE SEAS-THEY CLAP THEIR HANDS,
THE BROOKES & THE SPRINGS-OH THEY CLAP THEIR HANDS,
THE FIELDS & THE VALLEYS ,CLAP THEIR HANDS,
OH ALL IN PRAISE OF OUR LORD!!!

I LIFT UP MY EYES FROM THE HILLS-WHERE DOES THIS BEAUTY COME FROM?

VARIOUS VIEWS OF THE SETTING SUN HUES FROM A HILL TOP VIEW!!!

ZOOMED FROM A 3.5 MP LENS SO A LITTLE BLURRED BUT WAS ALSO TRYING TO INCLUDE THE BIRDIIE FLYING HIGH .....

SUNSET'S ARE SO SO BEAUTIFUL,
LIKE THEIR CREATOR WHO RULES!!!
SPLENDID EVENINGS SIPPING CAFE'S,
THAT A SUNSET MAKES SO INTERESTING!!!

These pictures are taken purely inspired by an expresso,y'le sipping an expresso from my fav seat out in the balcony......truly a expresso inspired sunset or is it vice-versa....oh really now.....

Express on the expresso

Now i love coffee&evreything dat goes wit it(read cookie&cremes&coffee cakes)Like& love talking coffee & not merely coffee table -book talk.Love the art of brewing a great cuppas&the depth of blending flavours dat give birth to endless gorgeous flavour & love sipping coffe under d moon, star lit sky & a cold winter night or cool summer evenin my eyes fixed on the deeply hue'd sunset(see pictures for proof :-) ) , d glow warmin the cockles of my heart .......oh what where would i be without a great cafe in times as these!!!

No,this aint about my fiesty love's but then talking coffee is related to just that emotion ...love..............

. . ......& EXPRESSO to me was just that, a good strong shot at my fav coffee shop, chatting 19 to a dozen with my loved one's & buddies. But this has taken over a depth recently when during my adventures in baking i tumbled upon my for keeps fav choco cake recipe & after that almost every lovable choco cake recipe called for expresso powder to bring out the best in choco.

Kinda like made for each other couple, bringing out the best in/from each other, but then coffe is so romanticise and yeah love the romantic part of it too, very much! And i simply couldn find a basic express powder in my home state try as much i did. I read a little, surfed a little but did not locate a store around place . And what makes a espresso absolutely special is -a perfectly glowing sunset for company-yeah i cant just separate a sunset & espresso......

Expresso defines as a strong coffee prepared by forcing live steam under pressure or boiling water through ground dark-roast coffee beans.

Now i have no fancy coffe machine(m eyeing the cantee though, till then m looking for a good small milk frother)to fix a 8-9 or more pressure bar that'd give a rich, full bodied robust brew with a "crema" floating,an indication & essence to a good expresso.

CREMA FLOATING HERE AS I BREW THE CAFE(LEFT TOPMOST)

Expresso, its said is v v fne blend of arabica n ground cafe but i also read that the blend & roasts dont make expresso though they sure do count. Like a dark roast has the oiliest beans but i love the medium roast i have here.

Sounded great & better still paired with my choco baking & hot chocolate et all.But well well where & how(on my earth ie my town) can i procure my own(regular) stock!

I looked long enough longingly at all those lovely products at online stores abroad but (nothing happenned)i wasnt going2be traveling & so was none i knew & i definately didn have a big pocket, leave alone burn a hole der.But dat changed2day coz my little adrable darlin bro brought me a nice big fat pack. That too from a supermart close by, boy am still not out and over with the excitement and its 12am now, (imagine what will it be with my first kitchen aid).
Drinking as much as brewing coffee is an art that delights! I love to hold it close to my nose as i take in the sip to breathe in the aroma to the fullest.....oh i sure do awaken all my senses when i smell a good coffee a mile or not away!!!! There is a lot in coffee roasts & roasting ,blends & blending that so much make it an art to love & enjoy!!

Did you Know?

Coffee is a seed of a berry. Love to read about this myth that coffee was originally discovered by a goat herder named Kaldi. After watching his heard of goats become active after eating berries from this unknown bush, he ate them himself, and found these berries gave him a renewed vigor.i dont know where this myth originated though would so love to read more about this one.

I perched a long while on my tiny kitchen stool n studied the italian coffee pack. It looked so good. . And boy when i cut it open, the fragrance and flavour beat any. I brewed some. Inhaled some, tried an italian expresso. And dug in to lay hands on my brand new tuprware, opaque it said, well suited best. It filled over so had another old tuprwar. Am jogging thru all i can brew. The name's LavaZZa.......italy's fav & now mine too!! Me love,me love....

Brew, bake and cook with the aromatic powder, oh the options are endless ! And will post as much as i can. By the way its a little expensive but worth it really, the aroma will brighten up many a breakfast table of muffins and scones and wraps and warmed jam. . Will visit the site tomoro and add on and yeah my goody bag was also loaded with hersheys chocolate powder and dark coco powder by heinz. I didn even know hersheys coco powder would be available here, on my next rainy nite my hot chocolate wil be a great combi of hershey powder. The express and vanilla. . . Pure pure indulgence. . . .

By the way lavaaza is the 7th biggest in the world of coffee roasting.now now i just entered the e zone and am excited that could shop for all of their products on the site (but cant) but do check the link here. . .
Oh d daily grind of ground cafe,it'l awaken my senses in a jify alrite. . ........& take my sunset watching to another level...

Now about storing so far the freezer has worked best but just read thats a no no(NEVER STORE IN THE FREEZER) for coffee oils in my expresso but then does that hold for our very humid warm climate too?

The coffee oils ,which are the good guys that bring us all that wonderfull flavour & aroma, will shrink & crack in the freezer so most of the flavour that contains the oils is lost.
Now my expresso sure shows up a prominent layer or "CREMA" ,(CHECK PICTURE ABOVE)which is a dense foamy light brown layer & its the coffee oils that r responsible for this. Another point out that my coffee is excellent is the lovely "crema" that floats as i brew coffee.(an excellent indicator of the excellent quality of coffee)
Another ,no,no is re-heating ,u heat fresh water & brew ,& enjoy!!!Well u sure can keep it on a tea warmer (those cute one's with the tea lite below)but i love it as close i can get to fresh.
So now i know my expresso coffee needs a dark cool moisture free dry place and freezer aint dat 4sure, more so the moisture free part f it .

And if u didnt know, most of u reading this do,is that the expresso is the base for our fav cappucino's,latte's, mochacino's & my very fav caramel coffee(the best i had was at the bangalore barista,i explained to all the chefs at any resort i visited after that but it was never the same even with that generous helping of their very best caramel, Guess it's got to do with the syrup they use ,dunno yet).

I'm yet to try the BOMBON ,home in south east asia, mainland spain, its expresso with condensed milk but havent tried it yet truly.

And wont leave out BREVE (i understand it as we say brief in portuguese so related to cafe would be a small short or quick kinda) which is expresso with half & half or CORTADO (cut in portuguese) ie cutting the expresso with a shot of warm (i love it hot) milk.

But ever since i discovered vanilla & have picked 2kgs of vanilla i dont need an excuse to flavour with vanilla with the fresh caviar or my home made extract (really strong & aromatic) ,its not at the drop of a hat but not evn having any hat drop that i love to fix vanilla-cafe as our after dinner drink more often than not(surely replacing all our flavour green teas to some extent)

LavAzza is surely going to be my fav expresso for times to come though am keen on trying an instant expresso soon.
There aint a single sunset that would be the same again, now that i can express on a expresso......this an expresso inspired sunset or wait a minute......is it vice-versa.......now really i need help deciding........

By the way the real spelling is espresso not expresso....lets say it the way italians do,after all leaving it to the experts is best right....................

All  the angles of my expresso sipping sunset.....looks like i was busier clicking with the cell phone camera rather than sipping expressoo....but this is espresso time & multi tasking is in......
